Terms & Conditions

You can book all appointments via text/email or give us a call to discuss treatments further
All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text.

Please honour your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 business hours* before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

A non refundable booking fee is required to hold ALL Aesthetic treatments & also * new sets of lashes and nails (*new clients only)
Please transfer booking fees to promptly to avoid your appointment being lost to another client. Details will be sent to you on time of booking.
If you choose not to provide a booking fee, contact mobile number & email then we will not be able to hold your appointment.

No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment.

Clients who have no-showed appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their next visit when booking future appointments.
All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via text/phone not via social media or email.

We accept cash, card or bank transfer.

I ask that clients arrive promptly on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to the time restraints.

Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the next person's appointment, as well as arriving to early.

Whilst we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at my discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will not come into effect.

Please try and come to your appointment alone, unfortunately we can not accommodate young children in the treatment room due to health & safety.
We are fully insured and qualified to carry out All treatments to the best of our ability.
You must be aged 18 or over for all Aesthetic treatments and over the age of 16yrs for all beauty treatments. For insurance reasons I can not expect a parents consent.

Please return your Consent forms before you arrive for your treatment.
If you have any concerns then please let us know, we will be happy to help with any questions or uncertainty to may have.


There is on road parking directly outside the premises except between 10.30-11am mon-Fri, on this occasion there is parking in another road nearby.
Please park respectfully and do not park on the curbs or blocking driveways.

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes & remove contact lenses.
Clean lashes = more time.

I do not perform refill services on work that was not done by me, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set here. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.

If you arrive with less than 40% of your lashes then this will be classed as a full set but you may only get you allocated time that you booked.
